Warranties
The following limited warranties are extended to the original
residential use purchaser. This warranty does not apply to commercial
use. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. Proof of
purchase is required. Warranties are non-transferable to a subsequent
owner. Pictures or inspection may also be required. These warranties
supersede all previous warranties. In some cases, there will be a
pro-rated charge for the time the product was in use. All furniture
should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water
drainage. Storing furniture upside down may cause water to accumulate
and freeze inside the frame, leading to serious structural damage that
is not covered by warranty.

purchase, shipping costs in the continental United States to repair or
replace a defective frame. After one year from the date of purchase,
the original retail purchaser will be responsible for packing and
shipping cost. The warranty covers only normal usage. No warranty
applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any
condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning,
or care. Manufacturer does not warrant against damage caused by acts of
nature, exposure to extreme climate conditions, ocean air, exposure to
suntan oil or other chemicals, normal fading or weathering, scratching
